Then if all goes well and Kaspersky installs correctly, reinstall the other software again. The best solution is to completely uninstall any other security software you may have on the system and try to reinstall Kaspersky. Luckily I remembered the on-screen keyboard and was able to log-on and uninstall Kaspersky.
